Our Growers

We are delighted to collaborate with three farmers and their families: Y’Nghiep, Y’Men, and Y’Pher. They are the proud owners and operators of their family farms located in Vietnam's renowned Central Highlands. Our collective objective is nothing short of groundbreaking: to import their high-quality organic green coffee beans to the United States. This allows people to savor freshly roasted coffee prepared in a wide array of brewing styles.

Our Philosophy

Indigenous Montagnard Dega Coffee in Central Highlands is at the forefront of America's specialty coffee scene, dedicated to celebrating the robust flavors of the Robusta bean. We proudly import our beans through direct-trade connections with Indigenous Montagnard Dega farmers and roast them in a picturesque Buon U1 village. Established in 2023 by the visionary 1st generation entrepreneurs, Rich & Nina Enuol, our mission is to reshape the coffee industry's future by prioritizing diversity, sustainability, and cultural authenticity.

Our Process

At Central Highlands Coffee, the minimal processing of these beans brings out the best flavor and texture, for an extraordinarily balanced cup of coffee. Each cup of this robust and velvety smooth roast helps these farmers to maintain the lands they've farmed for generations.

Elevated Growing = Elevated Coffee

Nestled high above the sea, at an elevation ranging from 1640 ft to 1968 ft the Central Highlands of Vietnam are home to a treasure trove of rich red basalt soil and a refreshing, rain-kissed climate. These ideal conditions have nurtured the cultivation of exquisite Robusta coffee for centuries, bestowing upon this region a reputation that extends far and wide.

The coffee beans produced here are renowned for their bold flavors, remarkable caffeine content, and a remarkably low acidity, qualities that beckon coffee connoisseurs from around the globe.

Nonetheless, the true magic of Central Highlands coffee is woven into its regional tapestry. Some beans seduce the palate with a silky symphony of notes, evoking the essence of butter, oil, or caramel, while others eloquently capture the very spirit of the sun-drenched highlands and the invigorating mountain breezes.
